Getting your item to you quickly and safely is important to us, so we only use premium courier
services. Order by 11 is on working days to receive your order the next day for most of our
products, delivered by UPS and DPD.
Delivery charges for the UK will be free and  in Europe, we charge 25 £ and the buyer must pay custom 
and duty charges in Europe according to their own country's regulation

The delivery will be during the weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday/ around a Bank
The holiday will arrive early next week. Where the Next Day Service is unavailable ( e.g.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands), we' ll use a 2-3 days service.

We supply a one year warranty with all products
Most of the items include 1-year warranty with us, starting from the date of delivery. 
 Our technicians will provide support within our warranty period for hardware
only. This does not include software support nor is accidental/liquid damage covered. If it
cannot be resolved remotely, we may request you to send your item to us. Backing up
your data is your responsibility. Your computer will be reset during the repair (your data
will be lost). We do not offer any data recovery service.

A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from refunds and If the product has been returned in 30

 Within the first 30 days, you may return your order for a repair or refund. The refund
option will not be available after 30 days (unless the repair/replacement is not available).
You are responsible for removing any data on your device.

 As the buyer, you are also responsible for making sure that your item is returned to us in
the same condition as it was received. If your item is damaged, we reserve the right to
depreciate the value of the item proportionately.
 The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
 THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF Any software is installed by you or on your
behalf; or any file corruption, Internet usage, or any virus or bug which
infiltrates or damages the products.
  We reserve the right to test any products returned to us in accordance with
These Terms. If, on testing, it transpires that you have not complied with the
provisions of these Terms and/or any products returned to us are damaged
through misuse, are missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition due to your
own acts or omissions, we will have no liability to repair or replace the
products and shall be entitled to return the products to you in their existing
 Once the item is delivered back to us, your refund should be processed within 2 business
days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and funds are usually
available within 3-5 business days.

purchase. If you have a question on a particular item, or you need help deciding which device to buy,
